Skan brings the breadth of a classifieds site, the depth of a property search engine and the convenience of a modern app together, built for Georgia first and designed to run as sister sites across the region.
What we do differently
- One search engine. The same filters, fields and map on every market, so a search in Tbilisi works exactly like one in Yerevan.
- Trust first. Owner, agent, agency and developer identities are shown on every listing. Verification is a real process, never a paid badge.
- Compare, don't scroll. Shortlist up to four homes and compare price per square metre, layout, building and advertiser side by side.
- Local by default. Prices in the currency people actually use, districts people actually say, and interfaces in Georgian, Armenian, Russian and English.
How listings stay honest
Every new listing from an unverified advertiser is reviewed before it goes live. Visitors can report a listing in two taps, duplicates are detected automatically, and moderators keep an audit trail of every decision. Paid promotions are labelled and never change a listing's verification.
Where we are going
Skan launches as skan.ge with a sister site for the neighbouring market. The product roadmap adds developer inventory feeds, agency integrations, market analytics and natural-language search once the structured search is rock solid.
